Marcom & Partnership Executive
Job Description:
About the Role
We are looking for a driven MarCom & Partnership Executive to act as the bridge between marketing, sales, and technology. In this role, you will own sales enablement collateral, drive B2B demand generation, and execute co-marketing initiatives that fuel our pipeline. If you are tired of stagnant agency environments and want to build a real career in high-impact B2B tech marketing under direct leadership mentorship, this is your launchpad.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement & Collateral Development:
- Design, write, and continuously update high-converting sales enablement materials, including service pitch decks, solution proposals, client case studies, one-pagers, and brochures to empower the Business Development and Presales teams during client prospecting and tender submissions.
- Translate complex software solutions and enterprise digital transformation services into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to decision-makers.
- Content Strategy & B2B Demand Generation:
- Develop and execute structured content calendars across key corporate channels (primarily LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook) to build executive thought leadership, expand brand visibility, and drive inbound qualified leads (MQLs).
- Write clear, conversion-focused copy for landing pages, service feature sheets, and digital campaign assets that guide prospects smoothly down the conversion funnel toward SQL handoff.
- Co-Marketing & Strategic Partnerships:
- Coordinate end-to-end co-marketing campaigns, technical webinars, and industry meetups alongside external technology partners to expand market reach and generate partner-sourced lead opportunities.
- Work closely with internal technical and BD teams to align joint messaging, co-branded marketing collateral, and partner ecosystem press releases.
- Campaign Execution & Marketing Automation:
- Set up, monitor, and optimize multi-channel communication campaigns across Email Marketing (EDM) and business messaging platforms to nurture existing leads and improve prospect retention.
- Track and report key performance metrics across digital campaigns, analyzing MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and continuously refining messaging for better ROI.
- AI Workflows & Production Optimization:
- Integrate AI-powered workflows into daily content creation, research, design, and marketing automation processes to significantly reduce turnaround times and maintain output consistency across all campaigns.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, tech communications, or agency environments.
- Language & Communication: Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) with confident presentation skills. You must be comfortable communicating clearly and professionally, as this role involves regional and international stakeholder touchpoints.
- Core Competencies:
- Independent, sharp copywriting capability (clear messaging, no fluff).
- Proficiency in design and content tools, specifically Canva (experience with short-form video editing like CapCut is a strong plus).
- Mindset: Results-oriented. You understand that marketing's ultimate goal is driving pipeline contribution (MQL-to-SQL conversion), not just collecting vanity metrics.
