Role Overview

We are seeking a high-agency Fullstack Engineer (Golang + ReactJS) who takes full accountability for product outcomes, not ticket output. In this role, you own features from initial ambiguity, through architecture and implementation, to live production behavior and telemetry.

Operating with an AI-first engineering workflow, you will use AI coding agents as your daily delivery leverage while acting as the ultimate author of record—holding an uncompromising bar on system fundamentals, Clean Architecture, relational data integrity, and automated safety nets. Working alongside cross-border product and design teams, you will drive technical decisions asynchronously and ship resilient full-stack slices that solve real user problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Product Managers to interrogate requirements early, instrument telemetry, and take full accountability for real-world feature impact and post-release performance.
• Design and build scalable Go microservices and RESTful/gRPC APIs; optimize relational schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL) adhering strictly to SOLID and Clean Architecture principles.
• Develop and ship responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces using ReactJS (or modern frameworks like Next.js) to deliver complete, end-to-end product slices.
• Drive delivery using AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code); apply spec-driven development and enforce rigorous code quality—never accepting unvetted AI-generated flaws or hallucinations.
• Own the automated test suite (unit, integration, contract tests) shipped directly in every PR to ensure safe, rapid merges and long-term code maintainability.
• Containerize, deploy, and manage services on open-source Kubernetes and Docker; implement structured logging, metrics, and tracing to proactively triage and resolve production incidents.
• Document technical decisions, architectural trade-offs, and self-explanatory PRs in clear English, collaborating effectively with cross-timezone international teams.

Key Requirements

• 5–7+ years designing, building, and operating production backend services, with hands-on experience in microservices architecture (service boundaries, sync/async messaging, failure isolation).
• Strong production experience with Golang, hands-on use within the last 12 months.
• Solid working competence with React (or Next.js) to build and deploy complete user-facing interfaces independently.
• Practical working experience with open-source Kubernetes (deployments, configs/secrets, probes, resource limits) and containerized workflows.
• Deep command of OOP, SOLID, Clean Architecture, design patterns, and robust RESTful API design (versioning, idempotency, pagination).
• Strong relational database design (PostgreSQL/MySQL: normalization, indexing, transactions, isolation levels, safe migrations)
• Strict automated testing discipline (unit, integration, and contract tests shipped alongside code).
• Daily production fluency with AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) using spec/context engineering and rigorous code reviews to prevent agent debt.
• Product outcome-driven, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and fluent in professional written English for asynchronous, cross-timezone teamwork.

Nice to Have

• Deep expertise in Next.js (SSR/RSC) or real-time protocols (gRPC, HTTP/2 streaming, SSE, WebSockets).
• Hands-on CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).
• Observability and SRE practices (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, incident postmortems).
• Event-driven architectures, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), or media streaming protocols (HLS).
