Job Description:

1. Overview

Vinova is looking for a dynamic and creative Employer Branding & Engagement Specialist to elevate our employer brand and strengthen how we connect across our regional teams. This role plays a key part in shaping how we communicate, connect, and grow together as an organization.

2. Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding (EB)

  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives aligned with business and hiring goals.
  • Manage and grow Vinova’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok, and career platforms.
  • Create compelling content (posts, campaigns, visuals, videos) to attract and connect with top talent.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment campaigns and improve candidate experience.
  • Track and optimize employer branding performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion)
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all external channels.

Internal Communications

  • Plan and execute internal communication strategies across regional teams.
  • Manage internal channels (email, Sharepoint intranet portal, workplace groups, newsletters, etc.)
  • Create engaging content for company updates, campaigns, and key initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement through creative campaigns and storytelling
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication across departments

Events & Engagement

  • Organize internal events, celebrations, campaigns, and culture-building activities.
  • Support external employer branding activities such as career fairs, campus events.
  • Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Leadership teams on engagement initiatives

3. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Press & Communications, HR, or related fields
  • 2–4 years of experience in Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Employees Engagement or similar roles
  • Strong content creation skills (writing, storytelling)
  • Familiar with social media management and content planning
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Basic skills in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) or video editing
  • Experience organizing internal events or engagement campaigns
